Beyond AI adoption: How MinterEllison and Legora are redefining client service delivery

MinterEllison has more than 2,000 lawyers using Legora as part of how they work every day. In this session, Legora's Murray Edstein sits down with MinterEllison's Simon Ball to explore what happens when AI moves beyond internal efficiency and begins to reshape how firms deliver work to clients. Drawing on MinterEllison's experience at scale, they explore how AI-enabled workflows are raising the bar on speed, quality, and consistency, and how tools like Legora Portal are embedding AI directly into the firm-client relationship.

Simon will share what it has taken to move from adoption to genuine integration, and what the shift means practically and commercially for how MinterEllison serves its clients today.

3 Key Learnings

  1. How AI-enabled workflows are driving measurable improvements in the speed, quality, and consistency of client service delivery
  2. What it looks like when AI moves from an internal efficiency tool to a client-facing differentiator
  3. How Legora Portal is embedding AI into the firm-client relationship itself
