Panel | The Best Performing Innovation Understand It’s Humans + Machines
The best innovation teams at firms aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones who know how to use them. This session brings together law firm innovation leaders for a frank conversation on what it actually takes to keep humans at the centre of an AI-native practice: how firms are protecting deep work, rethinking the junior pipeline, making the call on which tools are worth the investment, and deciding who captures the value when AI is doing the time.
