Leona Blanco leads the Knowledge and Information Management function for the Asia-Pacific region at Clyde & Co, based out of Sydney. With over twenty years of experience in legal knowledge management, Leona has consistently made a significant impact by steering knowledge and information strategies at leading law firms, drawing on her background as both a commercial litigator and General Counsel.

Leona's expertise spans the full breadth of knowledge management, legal technology, technical skills development, and information governance. She is widely recognised for fostering innovation within the legal sector, ensuring that knowledge initiatives are closely aligned with broader organisational goals, and nurturing a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture. Leona places a strong emphasis on organisational effectiveness, championing culture change and operational development to drive long-term success.
