Powell Soe is Principal Corporate Counsel with Microsoft’s Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) team. Before joining Microsoft, he held regional in-house roles across the Asia, Pacific & Japan region, and private practice roles across Australia. In addition to his passion for supporting his clients with complex legal, regulatory, and advisory matters, he is an advocate for promoting the adoption and use of new technologies, especially in the context of digitalisation efforts to help streamline and improve end-to-end contract life-cycles and internal processes, and to help drive process efficiencies and productivity in the delivery of in-house legal services.
