About Emma

Emma has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of eDiscovery with experience at Law firms and service providers both in Australia and the UK. She is the manager of DLA Piper’s in-house eDiscovery team with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and is President of the Association of eDiscovery Specialists Australia and New Zealand Chapter. Her experience has given her a unique breadth of technical expertise combined with an innate understanding of what lawyers are seeking to achieve on high stakes matters.

She has managed and consulted on some of the most complex eDiscovery challenges clients face on a daily basis. From keyword analysis through to technology assisted review, Emma has saved clients costs and time through the use of analytics and other advanced eDiscovery tools. More specifically, Emma drafted the protocol used on the first predictive coding matter in the UK Technology and Construction court and holds a Certified eDiscovery Specialist qualification and Relativity Expert certification.
