About Ben:

BENJAMIN DI MARCO has over 15 years of experience as an admitted solicitor specialising in technology risk, insurance, data privacy, cyber incident response and dispute resolution. He has practiced across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Ben is the current Vice President of Australasian Society of Computers and Law and leads WTW’s Australasian cyber and technology risk practice. Ben is involved in numerous advisory bodies and also guest lectures at 5 universities on topics including Cyber and Technology Law, Insurance, Information Security, Data-Governance and Cyber Incident Response.
