Gen AI vs other eDiscovery tools

Generative AI is cool, exciting & powerful - but don’t forget about the tried & tested tools available in existing eDiscovery applications that may be able to solve your problem with less risk and lower cost. In this session we will chat about ways these applications can be used in eDiscovery and beyond.

  • Key differences between Gen AI & current tools
  • Benefits & drawbacks of both
  • How do current tools work?
  • Case Studies – concept searches, active learning projects and non- eDiscovery applications
  • Questions & discussion

Key Learnings

  1. There are more opportunities to use AI than just Generative AI
  2. eDiscovery tools are good at their core job
  3. eDiscovery tools can be used outside of eDiscovery
