Here’s How the 2024 Agenda Unfolded

Following on from Part 1 last year, this session will separate reality from the AI hype! It will explore the practical application and impact of generative AI (GAI) in legal practice; discuss its advantages and limitations, blockers to its application, and identify how it is reshaping legal work, roles and capabilities. It will also consider the ethical considerations of using GAI including issues around accountability, bias, and data privacy as well as emerging IP rights and professional responsibilities.
